Terms and Conditions

Application

To be considered valid, your application must include all required information (e.g., the student's full name, parent or guardian’s name, email address, mobile number, etc.) and must be submitted through our website at www.precisionmathematicsacademy.com. Once your application is received, it will be evaluated based on the eligibility criteria. Successful applicants will be contacted to confirm acceptance. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your application or inquiry. Precision Mathematics Academy reserves the right to decline applications at its discretion.

Attendance

Once you accept your enrolment, you are required to attend the scheduled lesson. If you are unable to attend the scheduled session, please notify us at Rachelko@precisionmathematicsacademy.com at least 24 hours before the class start time so the opportunity can be offered to another student. You will then be placed back on the waitlist. If you do not attend the session or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your application will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy Once you have confirmed your enrolment and commenced classes at Precision Mathematics Academy, all fees paid are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal schedule, relocation, or voluntary withdrawal from the program. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Pre-Commencement Period Upon enrolment, your class start date will be clearly communicated and agreed upon. During the period between your enrolment confirmation and your class commencement date, your fees remain non-refundable as your place has been reserved, your classes have been scheduled, and our team has already begun preparing for your enrolment. The service is being delivered within the agreed timeframe and we are fully committed to supplying it as outlined.

3. Change of Mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind at any stage of the enrolment process, including prior to the commencement of classes. We encourage all prospective students to reach out to our team with any questions before enrolling. We offer a pre-enrolment consultation call to ensure every student and family feels fully informed and confident before making the decision to join.

4. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a remedy where:

  • A service you paid for was not delivered within the agreed or reasonable timeframe

  • The service delivered did not match what was agreed upon at the time of enrolment

  • The service was not provided with due care and skill

  • Precision Mathematics Academy was unable to supply the service through its own fault

5. Our Commitment It is never our intention to mislead any student or family, or to act in any way that goes against the law. Transparency and trust are values we hold at the core of everything we do. We are fully committed to delivering the service you have enrolled in, exactly as agreed.

6. Complaints and Disputes If you have any concerns regarding your enrolment or the service you have received, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work towards a fair resolution. If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may contact NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 or visit www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au.
